How long does it take for me to receive my order?
Most orders arrive in 5-7 working days.
What is your return and exchange policy?
If you are unhappy with the product you have received, or it has been damaged in transit please let us know within 3 working days so we can organise a suitable refund/return or replacement. To read our full refund and return policy click here.
How do I track the status of my order?
We send email updates on the status of an order, most items have a tracking reference with our couriers too. If you have a query about your order simply contact us via email aj@amandajackson.co.uk or the contact form, or WhatsApp
What do I do if I entered an incorrect shipping address?
Please let us know straight away via aj@amandajackson.co.uk or the contact form or WhatsApp so we can amend the delivery details.
We currently ship to the UK, let me know if you are outside the UK and I will organise a shipping quote for you.
Will my items come in one package?
Wherever possible items will be sent all together in one package. Occasionally, we may need to send some items separately for reasons of stock location or protective packaging.
